Customers Complaints

In case of any unsatisfactory services or product purchase, please file a written complaint at Smith and Franklin Academic Publishing Corporation Ltd, 111 Avondale, Ash Vale, Surrey GU12 5NF United Kingdom or by the email address: books@smithandfranklin.com

Upon reception of any complaint, the registrant will be acknowledged and an appropriate action will be taken within 15 working days.

All the shipments and deliveries are aimed within 14 days of receipt of the payment; a refund policy will be applied in case of delay.

In case of any damage to the products or incorrect delivery of the book, all the expenses will be the responsibility of the publisher. However, minor topographical errors or non-serious mistakes can’t justify the rejection of delivery. We may request for the evidence of damage and the reasons of rejected deliveries.
